What is the law of attraction and how do I you use it?
The law of attraction states that the energy we give out through our thoughts, words, and actions will come back to us in the events we experience in our lives.
You see the law of attraction is part of the universal laws, which are nature’s laws that are energy based. They apply to everyone and everything. They state that at the most basic level everything in our existence is made up of energy.
Each person, place, or thing has its own unique vibrational frequency that acts like a DNA code that tells energy how to (or not to) manifest into physical form.
The amazing thing is that we, as human beings, have the power to use the vibrational frequency of our thoughts, words, and actions, to align with the energy of others things to attract them into our existence. In science this is called resonance. It’s when two vibrational frequencies align and interact with each other. So if you think about love, you will align and attract into your life other things that are loving. The opposites also works. If you are worried or fearful and stay that way long enough you will eventually attract more things that bring worry and fear into your life. Life is all about vibrational alignment. You align with whatever you think about, and if you think about something long enough – you will attract it into your life.
So how do you use the law of attraction? In my book, Awaken Your Power: The Secret of Life Revealed: How Your Thoughts Create Your Reality, I give two separate processes to use the law of attraction.
The first and easiest way to use the law of attraction is to use The Focus, Feel, and Expect Process.
- Focus on what you want to attract into your life. (Happiness, Money, Success, Love…)
- Feel what it feels like as if you already have that thing in your life now.
- Expect it to show up in your life.
By focusing on what you want you are stating to the universe what you desire. When you feel the good feeling of having that thing in your life now, you are aligning with it vibrationally which allows you to attract it into your life. When you expect it in your life, you prevent yourself from thinking or feeling negative thoughts like doubt, worry, or fear, which prevent you from attracting your desire into your life.
Not everyone is able to use the Focus, Feel, and Expect Process successfully right away. This is because of subconscious blocks or negative thoughts they are having. For those who need more help they can use the Nine A’s to Acing the Law of Attraction Checklist. This is my nine step checklist that walks you through each step to make sure you are manifesting correctly. If you need more help there is also a troubleshooting section on how to correctly manifest and there is also a section on the rare times when the law of attraction does not work, and I don’t believe there is another book out there that talks about this subject.
